When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. This information is used to create and manage your LinkTime account.

Calendar Data

With your permission, we access your Google Calendar to check availability and create meeting events. We only read free/busy information and event titles - we do not access the content of your calendar events.

Booking Information

We store information about meetings booked through LinkTime, including attendee names, email addresses, meeting times, and any notes provided during booking.

Contacts Data

If you choose to import contacts, we access your Google Contacts to retrieve names and email addresses. This data is imported only when you explicitly request it.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Service, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and maintain the scheduling service
  • Check your calendar availability and create meeting events
  • Send booking confirmations and reminder emails
  • Display your public booking page to people scheduling with you
  • Improve and optimize the Service

4. Google API Services

LinkTime's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Calendar Access

We request access to your Google Calendar to read your free/busy status and create calendar events for booked meetings. This data is used solely to display your availability and schedule meetings on your behalf.

Google Contacts Access

With your explicit permission, we access your Google Contacts to let you import existing contacts into LinkTime. Contact data (names and email addresses) is read only when you initiate an import. We do not continuously sync, monitor, or store your full Google Contacts list.

Google Email Address

We access your Google email address to identify your account and link your Google Calendar integration to your LinkTime profile.

Limited Use Disclosure

LinkTime's use of Google user data is limited to the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We do not share your Google data with third parties, use it for advertising, allow humans to read it (except with your consent or as required by law), or retain it longer than necessary to provide our Service. Our use complies with Google's Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information in these limited circumstances:
