Is LinkTime really free?
Yes — every feature is included in the free plan with generous limits (4 event types, 20 SMS/month, 3 workflows, and more). Pro ($10/month) raises limits and adds email support. No trial period needed — the free plan IS the trial.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your existing data (bookings, contacts, event types) is never deleted. However, you won't be able to create new resources beyond your new plan's limits — for example, new event types, API keys, or phone numbers. Existing resources that exceed the lower plan's limits will continue to work but can't be edited or duplicated. You can download a full export of your data anytime from Account Settings.
What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Business ($100/mo) gives you unlimited teams, SSO, admin dashboard, Infinity voice agents, and priority support for up to 50 users. Enterprise is for larger organizations that need custom limits, a dedicated support channel, and a tailored SLA.
What does round robin require?
Round robin scheduling is available on all plans but requires at least 2 users on your team. It's seat-gated, not plan-gated — add a second team member on any plan to unlock it.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No! The free plan requires no credit card and no setup. Just sign in with Google or Microsoft and start scheduling.
How does pricing compare to competitors?
